Privacy notice.

This notice explains what happens to information when you visit alteric.ai. It covers this website only. If you become an Alteric customer, the handling of your firm’s and your clients’ data is governed separately by your contract and data processing agreement, not by this notice.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Alteric. Our full registered company details (registered name, company number and registered office) are available on request from hello@alteric.ai, and will be published here. For any question about this notice or about your data, write to hello@alteric.ai.

What this site collects

Very little, and none of it identifies you unless you choose to contact us.

• No cookies are set by this website. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• No advertising or profiling trackers. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn or any advertising pixel.
• Aggregate visit statistics. We may use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing anything that identifies an individual visitor.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and reliability. These are held briefly and are not used to build a profile of you.

If you contact us or request a demo

If you submit the demo form or email us, we receive what you send: typically your name, work email, firm name and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to arrange a demonstration. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful and then delete it. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Third parties this site relies on

• Vercel hosts the site and processes request logs.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser requests these from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

Where information is held

Enquiries reach us by email and are held in our business email systems. Site hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel. Where any of these involve a transfer outside the UK or EEA, that transfer relies on the safeguards those providers have in place.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EU you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Write to hello@alteric.ai and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to your data protection authority: the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
